Artwork Guidelines

To avoid extra charges and delays and to make sure you receive the best quality customisation please review our design pointers below.

Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we are able to convert (re-draw) your file to an appropriate kind for a fee of £25.00. After all you’ll be notified and evoke confirmation before this work taking place:

For any orders over £99, we currently provide FREE DELIVERY.

Vectors AI & EPS Files

We prefer to have our files sent to us in vector form. Vectors do no distort while scaling and are optimal for print. Bitmap files cannot be scaled without losing its quality. It is very easy to differentiate Vector files from Bitmap files.

Do not save a bitmap file as an AI or EPS because it still is a bitmap rendering it unusable unless we re-create it for a fee

Pantone Colours

All spot colours should be converted to their pantone equivalent via Illustrator or other equivalents . We screen print one colour first, then the next and so on. This is why we require separate colours files.

Fonts/typefaces

All fonts should be converted into vector paths. Fonts that aren’t converted wont be useable and will have to be replaced and may not match your original design.

TIF & PSD FIles

Artwork files must be sized to the precise size (or larger) than the particular print size and should be a minimum of 300dpi at the print size. Colours ought to be separated into layers. this is often not a most well-liked technique and will incur additional prices if we’ve got to edit the file.

Embroidery

All file types are excepted so long as they are optimal quality. For all first time customers, there’s a £10 fee for logos or graphics to be converted into an embroidery format, this is a one-off fee and your embroidered design are going to be preserved for future orders. Embroidery text encompasses a £5 setup fee.
