Portwest Cut 1 Resistant Gloves

These PU coated gloves are designed for environments where the risk is deemed as minimal. The palm of the glove has been coated in PU which provides increased abrasion resistance along with dexterity and ventilation to the hand.

These gloves form part of a colour coding system which uses 3 colours to clearly identify the cut level of protection these gloves can provide. The advantages of this system means that health and safety officers can determine if a worker is using the correct level of cut protection PPE for a particular job.

Colour coding:

• Red – Cut Level 1 / Minimal tasks
• Amber – Cut Level 3/ Low risk cut protection
• Green – Cut Level 5/ High risk cut protection
